I will you give a short Tutorial about the Rates and how much Lucky you can get.
Alchemy Rates

Luck Increase and Alchemy probalility
Premium Gold Time Plus
30% Lucky Increase // 20% Alchemy probalility
Lucky Buff (10mins)
15% Lucky Increase // +06 Alchemy probalility
Luck Dress
+4% Lucky Increase
Lucky Powder
??% Lucky Increase (Can be wrong!)
Lucky Stone
??% Lucky Increase (Can be wrong!)
30% Lucky Increase // 20% Alchemy probalility
Lucky Buff (10mins)
15% Lucky Increase // +06 Alchemy probalility
Luck Dress
+4% Lucky Increase
Lucky Powder
??% Lucky Increase (Can be wrong!)
Lucky Stone
??% Lucky Increase (Can be wrong!)
Total Luck you can get = >49%
Think about this:
If you get OVER 100% like 110%, its possible that you only will get the 10% Luck!

Yeah this is true about % on low level enchant. If I remove all buffs and items that give extra luck for enchant then I can do from +0 to +3 99% success. But with all items I fail badly. But after +4 you may wish to get all your items back. Anw there was no problem for me to do a +5 or +6 item.

Alchemy wasn't changed since beta started and will not change.

Alchemy doesn't have rates. They work only on %
idk who invented this for private servers, maybe to gain more players
If you see 3x alchemy, then with all you can have for alchemy you will do 100% on everything, it's imposible to have rates here.

yes, so if a d14 weapon is clean. And i use only elixer. it has 50% chance to succeed?

Then the % i wrote here are totaly wrong - They were announced in a Notice on Server...

U know we can't do that.

And if u tell us, nothing changes. Only much less players rage on alchemy. because they know % than.

You can't really make % for alchemy because it's more to the players luck
