For some reason, I doubt that you have humor. You can clearly see, that he is joking around.

You can also joke around in globals. Buddy, you need to know the difference between humor and insults.
That in the global is what I call joking and not an insult.

You can't just report a guy for saying a joke over global (which its not illegal to do so).
If everyone globaled a joke, you can't just report them all. Otherwise you have a very little sense of humor.
